With effect from January 01, 2010 all the activities of GROB Textile AG, Lachen, Switzerland, will be relocated to the site of the Groz-Beckert Group Headquarters in Albstadt, Southern Germany. Focusing on the concentration of expertise, expansion of its development, innovation and sales organization and providing an even better service, Groz-Beckert is pursuing a policy of consistent and concentrated commitment to its weaving machine business.

With its central sales brand GROB, Groz-Beckert will remain the competent system supplier for all things weaving-related. Healds, heald frames, warp stop motions, drop wires, products for leno weaving and much more: Customers the world over place their trust in the company’s proven standard of quality and reliability. Production will continue to take place in the Group’s own manufacturing locations. The existing strategy will also remain in place when it comes to ensuring product availability aligned to market needs.
