As a standard TWIN C Power® heald frames incorporate an effective dampening system for the heald control.  Vibrations that result in excessive wear of the heald end loops and heald carrying rods are reduced to an absolute minimum.

Durable dampening strips of synthetic material are mounted in the frame stave profiles. They can be exchanged in case of need - an economical solution.

The dampening system designed by GROB offers significant advantages in comparison to other alternatives in the market. During shed changes, healds are moved by the heald carrying rods of heald frames into respective upper and lower shed positions. The design facilitates "free play" of healds on heald carrying rods and efficiently avoids any binding or inclination of healds.
