Warp stop motions KFW 4200/4220 for terry fabrics
With the standard warp stop motion KFW 4200, GROB has adapted materials and design to the application demands of modern terry weaving machines. The following executions are available:
- KFW 4200-1
Standard execution for ground warp yarns with 2 contact bars - KFW 4200-2
Standard execution for pile warp yarns with 2 contact bars - KFW 4220-1
Execution for ground warp yarns with 2 "interrupted" contact bars and optical indication on each side of the weaving machine - KFW 4220-2

The new design enables both efficient warp monitoring and easy handling. Special care was taken to insure proper separation of the ground and pile warp yarns within the warp stop motion. At the same time, its open construction prevents possible lint/fly accumulations in the warp stop motion which might inhibit the weaving process.
GROB terry warp stop motions can easily and quickly be installed and removed, making warp changes significantly more efficient. As a standard, these warp stop motions are equipped with retaining devices, eliminating damage to contact bars and drop wires even at maximum shed openings.
The components of the warp stop motions for both ground and pile warp yarns are identical, facilitating an efficient supply of replacement parts. As an option, a searching device can also be added for expedited location of broken warp yarns.
